She created the DanzoFit Program in 2013 with the objective of revolutionising the ﬁtness industry and workouts that were strenuous, repetitive and dull. With a DMT (Dance Movement Therapy) Certiﬁcation from the US and a degree in Physiotherapy, she brings to DanzoFit years of knowledge and a vibrant, infectious spirit!
